Our primary and most convenient method of shipping as of 2007 is Flat Rate Priority Mail. This allows us to use the USPS Click and Ship method of creating postage labels and also allows for us to ship directly from our location without making a trip to the post office. Using this method for nearly 95% of our products, we are able to provide you with an instant tracking number and estimated delivery date, directly from the USPS itself.

It should be known that we use any one of three shipping methods:
- U.S.P.S (Please use this link to track a shipment)
- UPS (Please use this link to track a shipment)
- FEDEX (Please use this link to track a shipment)
In some instances, we will ship either UPS or FedEx at our discretion or if pre-arranged, by your request. Please know and understand that by using either of these two services requires an additional fee and service charge for handling and transportation.
Determining Your Zone Code (UPS and FedEx)
To determine your Zone Code, that is, the shipping zone you reside in from "our" shipping zone, please use the following Zone Code Chart to identify your zone. (This chart will open in a new window). Use the first three numbers of your zip code.
Order Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
For most orders, a tracking number will be provided to us at the time your order has been shipped. This particularly applies to UPS and FEDEX shipments. U.S.P.S. shipments require an added Delivery Confirmation request at the rate of $0.50. Unless the customer requests Delivery Confirmation for an order, no tracking will be available for the shipment. We highly recommend that you request us to add Delivery Confirmation to your order. UPS or FEDEX shipments automatically include a tracking number.
Overnight, Next Day and Priority Mail Order
In some cases, you may want to order an item and request quicker than usual delivery. For these types of orders, we cannot offer free shipping and request that the customer pay the additional shipping costs to ensure timely delivery to meet their expectations. Delivery Times
Your order will be shipped from one of the following locations: Ordway or La Junta, Colorado. For orders other than Express, Overnight, Rush, or Priority Mail, delivery times of 3 to 5 days should be expected, based upon your location from our point of origin. Books and media orders may take up to 10 days as they are shipped U.S.P.S. Media Mail unless specified otherwise.

We strive to please our customers. Each order is packed and handled with the utmost care. If you receive a defective product, please let us know and we will do our best to correct the situation immediately. We also try to provide support in the manner of help, articles, tips or tricks, or resources and references to such help.
If you have placed an order and have not received a response within 24 - 48 hours, we ask that you use our Web Support feature. Also, if you have placed an order, received an initial response regarding your order, but have not received your shipment within a reasonable amount of time, please use the Web Support feature or, use the tracking number provided (if applicable) to inquire at the UPS, FEDEX or U.S.P.S. web site.
