I'm quite often asked to provide samples of various products for evaluation by potential customers. Unfortunately with the way shipping prices have greatly increased in recent years, providing "free" samples is just not an option. Most of these products are weight based and cost on average, $5.00 for just the shipping alone, not including the price of the product itself or the time needed to package the product. Samples at the brick and mortar outlet are not a problem and you are welcome to drop by and get a small sample within reason.

However, since many potential customers are reluctant to by a large amount of a product to try and then being stuck with the remainder if the product doesn't meet their requirements, I am now offering a $10.00 (on most products) sample plan that includes shipping, that will provide 1 pound of many of the following products for customer evaluation:

• Goat Mix - 1 pound and shipping to anywhere in the U.S. = $10.00
• Horse Mix - 1 pound and shipping to anywhere in the U.S. = $10.00
• Linseed Meal - 1 pound and shipping to anywhere in the U.S. = $10.00
• Seaweed Meal - 1 pound and shipping to anywhere in the U.S. = $10.00
• Sulfur - 1 pound and shipping to anywhere in the U.S. = $10.00
• Ultimate Goat Mineral - 1 pound and shipping to anywhere in the U.S. = $10.00

Only the products listed here are included in the sampling program.

The majority of each individual product page now contains the option to purchase 1 pound samples directly from the product page. I hope everyone understands my reasoning behind not providing free samples over the Internet...it costs just as much in time and money to package a 1 pound package as it does a 5, 10 or 20 pound package.

Shipping Update - for many items, we are now solely using Flat Rate Priority Mail since we can ship right from the door and not pay extra UPS or FedEx fees.

The pricing structure for many of the goat related items is by the pound only, and unless otherwise indicated, does not include the price for shipping. The reason for this is because some of our customers live further than others and charging a standard shipping price is not fair to all customers. Certain items are packaged more easily and therefore it is not uncommon to combine shipping or ship items separately in some instances.
